At KPOP MARKET, we want you to love your collection, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all albums and merchandise remain in their original, unopened shrink-wrap to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all photo cards, posters, and inclusions are present and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
